When I called the service department to make an appointment for a front end alignment I was told that it would cost $144 plus tax. When I got to the service department with the car they told me that there was an additional $20 dollar charge for some supplies. That was disappointing. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance.

Eric Muma was outstanding! He was extremely kind, professional, thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. Eric did his homework on our vehicle’s service history and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of things we didn’t need yet, which I greatly appreciated. That’s the first time that’s happened and it definitely helped build rapport. The service team got me in and out in the shortest time it’s ever taken. Would love to work with Eric every time and would highly recommend him. Overall, I had a very positive experience today. Thank you, Eric & Team!

I wish I had been informed ahead of time that it would cost 200+ per issue just to look into them. I found out my friend and her neighbor avoid going there too because of the high price just to look at an issue. Wish I had known that before I made the appt. Also, we dropped the vehicle off before 9AM for a 9:15 appt and they didn’t start work on it until 3PM. It really messed up our day. The people I talked with on the phone were nice, but those things were definitely a turn off. I won’t be coming back unless I have warranty work. Our other mechanic charges 1/3 of what you guys charge and they keep their appt time.

I had a 4:00 appointment today when I called to confirm two days ago I was told to pull up to any bay. When I arrived to the appointment bay # one had a vehicle in front of it with a green light above the door and bay four had green lights above the doors bay #2 and #3 had no lights there was another so clearly those were closed. It was in the 80s today and assumed the shop doors are closed for the A/C after 20 minutes I went inside and waited to be told to go to an open door..No One Came Out to acknowledge TWO running vehicles with customers instead the shop team swept and cleaned and pretended not to see the cars. The other customer who had been sitting at bay one was told to move to 7…very disappointed not in my service advisor “Jounior” he was knowledgable the lack of attention from the team with the handhelds makes me never want to come there again

Since getting my Sienna Toyota at Smart Motors in the year 2011 , I have appreciated the excellent care your staff has provided to keep it functioning top notch! I also like the time spent by the team manager covering what was found wrong that needed attention plus more expected needs like oil replacement and tire rotation ..

As far as we know, we are satisfied. This is our first visit to Smart Motors Service Department after purchasing a 2024 Toyota Highlander from you. It was for a tire rotation and we were given the completed paper work saying all other things that were checked on our vehicle were fine.

The smart motor service was fine and kind but they did not fix or they could not calibrate my speedometer. Still showing 2 or 3 miles less than the actual car speed based on my GPS, road radars and other nav tools.
