I appreciated that Jose double-checked the service records, at my request, and confirmed that the brake fluid did not have to be replaced at this time. I was grateful for the financial savings and his cooperation.
I am declining the service. Video talks about but doesn’t show wire harness or connections spoke about which gives me a feeling that NOTHING was actually looked at or tested. This does not give me a feeling that the service members who inspected the vehicle have my business at heart or value me as a customer. With the exception of one oil change (not under my ownership) this vehicle has always been serviced at Smart Toyota and i figured i would keep that history despite driving an hour out of my way to build good rapport and eventually purchase my next vehicle at Smart Toyota. Unfortunately due to this evolution i will be continuing my service elsewhere, purchase future vehicles elsewhere, and recommend everyone who asks my opinion on where to buy and service vehicles to go elsewhere as when something goes wrong they unfortunately will not make it right. Thank you to Dave for working with me thru this. Sorry that we could not see eye to eye on this oversight of service. Unfortunately i fear it will cost Smart Toyota future business and favorable reviews.
Eric was clear and helpful in going over the information about my vehicle. His manner was professional but also showed he wanted to be sure I had excellwnt service and communication.
Quoted $300 some and charged $600+. Asked for a quote on radiator flush. Shouldn’t the person that quoted me include fill as well or at least asked more questions. Disappointed with what I was told and shocked to find out it was an additional $300. Service was beyond what was expected but disappointed in the price.

I brought my Toyota in for an oil change, and during the visit I was told there was a nail in the tire and that it needed to be changed. I agreed because I was told it would cost around $60, but later I found out the tire was only repaired/plugged, not replaced. I feel the service was not clearly explained to us. We also waited over 2 hours for the service. I would appreciate clarification about the tire service and why we were charged for something we understood as a replacement instead of a repair
Greg was simply awesome. He was very nice and explained everything nicely. He had patient for all my questions and answered with clarity. I had a great experience. Thumbs up to him.
My service went well. Completely satisfied.
However, Louis from Accessories has not contacted me after leaving 3 messages with him and service writers emailing him on my behalf beginning last week! They said only he can answer my questions about towing options and capacity for my Venza.
