Technicians should have acknowledged their mistake of a mislabeled oil change sticker that indicated an oil change due in October 2, 2025. I’m sorry I got mad at their insistence on being right and that I was wrong. I needed the car to be ready for a funeral this weekend and I was very upset.

Initially there was an oversight and I was not told that using the shuttle service was one way to work. When my car was not diagnosed Jesse made arrangements for a return ride and a loaner vehicle

Last oil change I had from a local business and they suggested several hundred dollars of work that should be be done. I was interested to hear if if Paul and Toyota mechanics came up with the same recommendations. They did not. I will be back to Toyota for future oil changes. I trust Paul and your company.

Sean was great! He suggested my wipers would improve if I got new OEM Toyota wipers and corrected an issue I’ve had regardless of which brand of wipers I’ve installed in the past. He was helpful but not pushy. Great service!

As far as the actual service work performed on the vehicle, I have no basis to question that. I am not a service technician. My only concern is with the mileage in/out reported on the September 25 invoice versus the actual mileage. While I have reason to question the explanation provided for the mileage discrepancy, I am not going to pursue this any further Thank you
