Sean was great! He suggested my wipers would improve if I got new OEM Toyota wipers and corrected an issue I’ve had regardless of which brand of wipers I’ve installed in the past. He was helpful but not pushy. Great service!

As far as the actual service work performed on the vehicle, I have no basis to question that. I am not a service technician. My only concern is with the mileage in/out reported on the September 25 invoice versus the actual mileage. While I have reason to question the explanation provided for the mileage discrepancy, I am not going to pursue this any further Thank you

Our experience with Gregorio Jimenez has been consistently excellent. We have special needs for appointment scheduling and he has assisted and advised us well to make it easy for us to get in for service. Once we arrive, he is most helpful in assisting us and making the experience an easy one for us. His outstanding support enables us to continue using Smart Motors for our vehicle maintenance. Wasted 2 hours of my time because u didn’t have a simple bolt in stock. Now I have to make another trip back and spend two more hours of my precious time because someone at Smart doesn’t know how to stock and check before they schedule an appt. I think when I come back, and maybe u might have the correct part, my visit should be “no charge”.

Ian was not very friendly. I thought I had selected wait for car and he said the appointment was to leave the car so he would have it dr one by 5. Basically no compromise….He arranged the shuttle which was nice.

Justin Ganser was fine-he kept me updated regularly about what was going on with my vehicle. I had my Corolla Cross in for an oil leak and it took a month and a half to fix. Aside from part delays some part in my engine was damaged when they put it back together. When I picked it up the skid plate was in the back of my vehicle and not on it (not sure how that was missed). I picked my vehicle up on Sept 17 and returned it on the 18th because there was a puddle of oil underneath. I was told it was residual oil but they would look at it anyway. There was also a weird noise which turned out to be a boot that wasn’t attached properly on the power steering shaft. There was in fact an oil leak from the transfer case because it had been overfilled. I know my vehicle was there for a long time but I feel like some pretty big things were overlooked.

Three days in a row is too much to resolve my problem. We live one hour away! Ordering the wrong part and then giving me the wrong papers from another customer. We have been with Smart Motors for a long time but now am very disappointed and frustrated!

I scheduled a 60,000 mile service online. It was to include services such as changing the spark plugs and other items recommended at 60,000. Once I arrived for my schedule appointment - I was told those would be “additional “ services and would need to be scheduled later in the day… even though I already had an appointment made that listed all the services I was later told was “additional”. It was recorded that I refused the service. I reality smart wasn’t willing to do the services when scheduled. Now I need to make a separate appointment. I’ve been a Smart customer for a long time and this is not the level of service I’m used to
