I came in for an oil change that was listed at $104. When I got my final bill, it was $124.29 with “miscellaneous charges” added on. I wasn’t given a clear explanation for the extra fees. I value good service and transparency, but unexpected charges leave a negative impression. It would be helpful if pricing was explained upfront so customers know exactly what to expect.
Notified by text my car was ready, checked with desk , he said my service person would be in touch with me, after 30 minutes I checked with Jenna? And my completed paper work was in the drawer at desk with my key. I think I waited an extra 30 minutes for no good reason.
The staff at Smart Toyota in Madison Wisconsin were great! Glad to have my great car ( that I purchased there) serviced!

I was quoted a price when I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. But when I received the invoice after service, there was an extra $21.55 tacked on for shop supplies. This amounts to a nearly 20% surcharge above the price I was quoted. I absolutely hate it when dealers/repair shops pull this kind of ****. Also, the TPMS worked on 3 of my 4 tires prior to my coming in. After service, none of the TPMS sensors work. I am very unhappy and will not be returning.

The first time when I bring my car, they told me that insurance covered the part of the they need to fix it. Then I make an Appointment for the call me. Let him know that it’s four Hundred. Something that I need to pay because insurance is not covered and second one. It’s the Customer service ,that girl in the front desk it’s not friendly, it’s sound like she it’s tired of being working on taking calls , ones she hang up my call . I understand that sometimes we have a hard days , but we need to be kind with everyone, no matter how hard it’s our day going.
Paul, the person who shuttled me home, and the rest of the staff were phenomenal.
Once again, I received the quick and excellent service that I have received for many years.
