Because I had to make a second trip to have a bolt replaced, the dealership did not charge me at all which would have cost me $37. I appreciate their consideration for my time by doing that.

Nothing against the representative, but the $15 bogus surcharge not disclosed in the online pricing made this a bad experience. Smart Motors should act with more integrity.

I appreciated how Mr. Spenser carefully checked my vehicle maintenance records, and decided which components required attention. He kept in touch with me as the work progressed. The entire Sharp Motors Service department seems well run and efficient. It was also a treat to have a loaner car during the day while the work was done. Would definitely recommend them!

I was charged$155 for my last service in May 2025 (which should have been covered by my Prepaid Maintenance Plan). This time when my husband took my car in for another service. My husband said the guy was very cold and dismissive, lack of care attitude. The guy did not even apologize for the mistake. I am very disappointed with the service.

Positive experience. When Matt said the service would take several hours I was initially concerned but he found me a loaner car so I could continue with my day and not have to wait at the dealership for the whole time. I was really pleased with the whole experience

David provided me with outstanding customer service. He saw me come in and immediately came to see what the issue is as he knew, as my service advisor, I did not have an appointment. It was my tire and he took over from there to make sure I got the service I needed. David is awesome! He is a caring service advisor who wants the best for his customers. I am so lucky to have him as an advisor!
