Every time I’ve been the wait is incredibly long. I have had things break/ go wrong on multiple occasions. Not worth the money.
Staff was courteous. Everything was explained thoroughly. Work was done in a timely manner.
Katie was very prompt and she explained everything in detail. She made sure I was aware when I needed to come back how my services work with Toyota. She had excellent service and definitely made it comfortable to come back.
Yes I have been completely satisfied with Ian's getting the problem resolved and he does a great job.
The appointment system instead of first come, has improved the quality and efficiency of this operation. In and out in a short reasonable amount of time

The invoice lists a recall, but this was not mentioned to me at all.
The tire which had a nail in it could have been repaired while I was there. Instead they asked me to bring it back. It was a couple minutes to fix it. Asked me to bring it back tomorrow.
I then took it to a garage closer to our home and they fixed it for a smaller amount of money.
Jenna really helped me yesterday--she explained the maintenance history on my vehicle and wrote out for me the next scheduled maintenance items,
this was one of the best maintenance experiences I have had at Smart Toyota. I think Jenna is tops!!

Dave was courteous and efficient.
Paul was great. My issue was when the recording of the inspection came through. The shop noise drowned out parts of what the technician was saying.
Very impressed with how little time it took, approx 35 minutes.

Overall, I was very happy with the service that was done. I was a little disappointed after I checked out, and my car was outside with the hazards going. The windshield wipers were in an upright position. The window was down and it was raining. I thought that was a little odd and did understand why my car was left like that. Other than that, it was good.
I was very happy to meet David Killerlain again today. He always helps me solve various vehicle problems. Thank you very much! I wish him a happy service!
