I was very happy with the service I received
overall great experience except for one thing - the wrong parts were ordered (struts and or linkers) and it was only discovered AFTER i came back in for service. So i had a total of 3 trips back and forth. other than that, great job. car drives much better now. and my service team was great - and i really like the ability to communicate only via texts. super helpful.

This is the second time I have had an appointment at a certain time and it has been almost an hour past that time before my car is even pulled into the bay. My car was only pulled into the bay today after almost an hour with no update because I asked the front desk person how much longer it was going to take and he went out to see what the holdup was. Magically, the service person went and got my car next. It's really hard to want to do my service here when I could take it elsewhere and be on my way in 15 minutes.
Although I did have a good experience with Jesse i wasn’t expecting the floor mat and passenger floor not to be detailed. The car still has a damp/moldy odor. Additionally, the lightbulb wasn’t out; it is burning from something electrical or moisture.
Before service, which included a tire rotation, I informed Ben that the low tire pressure light came on this morning. He assured me the techs check the pressures and warning lights. Driving home after service, the low tire pressure light was on. Not happy and I did not have time to turn around back to service. Why pay for service if I have to fix this myself now.

Work was done right and in a timely and professional manner. Communication was professional and clear.
Only negative was I was told 1pm for my appt but when I got there the computer said 1:30. I wrote the appointment down so mixup was not mine.

I was very pleased that David went to the extra effort of ensuring that my mirror was painted before it was installed since that was the primary impetus for getting me to Smart Motors this week. As I was arriving at Smart Motors, a ping announced an incoming text! Guess what, agent sent text to notify me, time?3:10p
