I had an appointment scheduled for 10/9/25. The services requested was for our normal oil change, top off fluids, etc and to replace the battery. I received a call around 3:30-4:00 on 10/9 saying they would not have it completed. I don’t think the work was even started. They kept the car and gave me a loaner. I received a text yesterday afternoon saying they were still working on it. I drove to the shop in the loaner approximately 3:30-4:00 and the work was still not completed. I’m not sure why it took 2 days to change the oil and install new battery? We have 4 Toyota vehicles and 1 Lexus in our household and similar services have never taken that long.

I had a great experience with my oil change today. Tyler was very nice, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was in good shape before I left. Excellent customer service — I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail.
