The diamond care for windshield was not done correctly..smeared but didn’t realize until I got on the Hwy.
Otherwise it’s alright. Wonder about the alignment tho as well?

Having been a customer of Al Franklin’s for years I have seen your wonderful customer service first hand. When service appointments were moved to the small garages I was so disappointed. This visit? We’re back in the main service bay and I am delighted. So much nicer, safer, and spacious. Jess was wonderful and I appreciated the loner for the day. Excellent experience.
The problem was not fixed which I have already paid for. The broke the windshield and tried to hand over the car with that damage. After I showed them they fixed it. But the initial problem is still not fixed and I left my car again to fix.

You performed an oil change and charged me when I was not due for one. I was very clear when I called to schedule to ask what I was due for, along upon check-in this morning and oil change was not on the schedule when the young lady reviewed services. I was also told when I brought it to the front desks attention that it must have been a scheduling error when I called. If that was true I would have reminded the check in person this morning that I was not due for an oil change. I was also told someone tried to call me, I had no missed calls. I dropped my car off T 7am and got a text it was ready less than 30 minutes after I departed back to work. All records are in your system and should be simple to review and follow schedules maintenance. In the end, the oil change was removed from my owed amount without requesting it. I feel the overall customer service, organization, and feel has declined over the last 2 to 3 years. Sad to see overall, I have less confidence in the service compared to when I initially started coming to Smart Toyota service.
