Smart did its job fine. I am very upset with Toyota. I bought the car from Snart in the spring of 2022 and it has 35,000 miles. The bottom and back of the driver’s seat have not fared well. The “tabs” on the bottom of the seat are broken, the upholstery on the side of the bottom has come off, and the fabric on the back of the seat has frayed. All in all this defect is not covered by any warranty and the repair will cost about $1500. My wife and I take good care of the car. We’re both in our 70’s and don’t do anything unusual while driving. We have never in our combined 110 years of driving and owning cars had this kind of car problem. Now we are told Toyota won’t stand by this defect. Not good at all.

There were other employees that I found somewhat cold and not very friendly if I’m being honest. I felt like I was annoying them by asking where to go. But Gregorio was an absolute joy to work with. He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. He explained every step of the process thoroughly and was an absolute delight.
Gregorio listened well to my needs and concerns. He was clear and transparent on the cost and why. He was able to get me a loaner while my car was being worked on, this is always a plus for me being I don’t live in Madison. Lastly the updates & progress made my experience fast and professional and economical.
