All agents were curt to the point of impoliteness. One neck pillow was thrown and found at the floor of the vehicle which shows the service techs don't really care about the satisfaction of the customer either.
He kept me informed of the progress being made. The checkin process which did nit initially involve him was confusing. Instead of simply putting a number on my vehicle so a rep would start the check in, i was told to go to pick up my part that was ordered by a service rep or to go into office to talk with a rep. When I did this, I was told to wait for a number to be placed on my vehicle. This process wasted about 15’ before a service rep came out to begin checkin. This has happened more than once.
