When I first came from my appointment, I went to the wrong service bay. An employee directed me further down the line. When I got there, it was still confusing. Another employee asked me where I was told to go. When I told him he said, I would have to back up and go to the bay to the left. It’s the confusion – the process that I was not satisfied with. Then, an employee named Junior came to my window and asked how he could help me. This seemed like an odd question. Why didn’t he ask for my name and whether I had an appointment? Most of all, he was hard to understand. It was a combination of mumbling and speaking quickly. That was frustrating. I had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. Essentially, the communication from the time I got there until I finally got to where I needed to be was a bit frustrating. Everybody was friendly, but there is room for improvement in the communication department!
Greg and each of the team are extremely courteous, professional, intelligent, and easy to connect with.
My tire is now making noise that was not happening before my tires were rotated. I so have to bring it back in. Agggh.
Katie was fine. Hour late getting at my car again. Complained about squealing brakes since they were changed. This is 3rd or 4th time. Its always nothing wrong… they didn’t do it for us… its so loud at times it is embarrassing. Not good advertising for Toyota.

Mallory was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable and her communication is crystal clear. Hats off to Elliott Heim for convincing me to buy my new tires from Smart Motors. It was a very positive experience!
The free car wash ticket is nice,but I usually don't have the time to stick around to use it. It would be better if one of your employees would run it through the Wash.

Justin provided excellent explanations to all of my questions and made my experience at smart toyota very pleasant. He made sure that I knew what was being done to my car and why, and asked appropriate follow up questions. Due to my own poor planning I was not able to secure a loaner car in advance and he offered up the shuttle as an alternative which I'm very grateful for. He communicated well and I greatly appreciate the work he and the technician, Olivia King, did today. Both he and Olivia went above and beyond and left me feeling confident about their work.
