Process was smooth and Greg communicated electronically to keep me updated. The appt process 7am appt then anticipated completion as end of day is always frustrating. If I have a 7am appt, why is end of day always the anticipated completion especially when service for my needs is never that long.

Ian was courteous and professional. He explained the process and kept me updated on the progress and informed me of needing to keep my vehicle over the weekend due to issues with the recall. He then offered a loaner behicle and updated me today with completion of the services and the total price for the services. I appreciate his professionalism throughout this process!

Ever since the recall service my car is no longer starting, it’s showing signs of a dead battery. I have never needed to jump my car and now I have to and was stranded in the middle of the night because my car would not start since the battery was dead.
