Justin was my service advisor when I first brought my Corolla Cross in to be looked at in July. There were a ton of issues-both before and after it was fixed. Justin always kept me in the loop and he listened to my concerns. That is why when my check engine light came on I called Justin. I knew he would listen and not dismiss what I was saying.

The changes that have been made to appointments have much improved service time. I'm in and out in no time. The advisor was excellent in showing the condition of the filters/inspection and explaining what would be needed now and in the future.
I came in for an oil change and was told that I should get my tires rotated. Everything was fine with what I came in for but he proceeded to tell me at briefing me on my oil change and tire rotation he told me there was a nail in my tire. Any other place I have been to for my car has told me they need to put on a new tire on without hesitation. This will most likely be my last time getting my car serviced at the dealership.
He was very Caring and concerned in giving me all the information that I needed.

Team did not go the extra mile to answer questions. Could not make the decision to use 0w25 for cold weather season oil change selection. Defaulted to 5w20 without consulting other peers or listening to suggested recommendation by customer. I inquired about additional work with your team but they would not pursue a quote or assist with issue when seeking help for reviewing muffler or exhaust work pricing. Express team should try to solicit expert repair referrals for larger mechanic work or flag down a colleague to review vehicle topics.

Tyler was amazing! The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the tires more or less recommend Ed were not in stock so I needed to make another appointment. I drive almost one hour (one way). I am very understanding that this is a very busy month for you, but I would think this would be an automatic inventory on-line system. I just wanted to mention this. I didn't walk away upset. :)
