Good quick service, definitely alarming (but not surprising) that a $700 spark plug replacement was suggested when the ones currently in there are less than 20k miles old, absolutely no reason to suggest other than money. The reason dealerships are seen as a scam. Will continue to go to Faulkner for the occasional bit of maintenance while doing most of it myself

I believe recall repair was done properly. The letter I received said it would take 1.5 hours. Upon checking, I was told 1.5 to 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours, I was told another 45 minutes, so 2 hour 45 minutes service which should have been much shorter time. I question if repair started at 1:15 as scheduled so not completely satisfied.

Ryan England was amazing! He went above and beyond his job description, by helping me with something that was missed during the purchase of my vehicle. He’s professional, kind and definitely a keeper! He is actually the reason why I Faulkner Toyota of Harrisburg ,to purchase my RAV4. Moreover, due to Ryans exceptional customer service, I have made other suggestions to my co-workers, at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, to purchase their next vehicle. Always a pleasure working with the Faulkner Toyota service team. I 1st came to Faulkner because I worked in Harrisburg, I no longer work in the area and Faulkner Toyota is almost 40 miles out of my way, but I return for the great service! Thanks Again! Shane

Randy was great. My only complaint was with the bill. Inspections and an oil change. My bill was $170.00. Also the chairs in your waiting room are to low. I sat in a cube in the v showroom that was unoccupied. Again Randy was great. He got the work done on my car quickly!
