Ryan is an excellent person to work with and I respect him greatly. His customer focus is beyond any that I'm aware of in any other business. However, the fact that I brought my car in after scheduling with the part the part was not there and I have to come back now. Brian did a good job explaining what happened and I understand there are circumstances like weather and so on but I was just disappointed in general. since I such high expectations for Faulkner's customer service. Again, I want to reiterate that this was beyond Ryan and I think he did a very good job at recovering for my inconvenience. He went above and beyond to help me get some questions answered about a another issue with my car for which I am very grateful to him.

I received an appraisal via text while waiting for my Hybrid RAV4 to be serviced and Randy was very helpful. I appreciate especially that he told me up front the approximate amount of time it would take to complete everything since I planned to wait for it. He saved me the time of a return visit for inspection when he reminded me that state inspection service also could be completed today.
