Everyone was so nice and came out to tell me things were good told me all that was done. Good experience with all. The man that greets you and takes your car when you come and when you leave is so kind and helpful. Always glad to see him…so nice. Great people!!!

Your staff didn’t communicate well enough my issue and a big problem was caused for the second inspection in a row. Also your staff doesn’t return emails or online messages via your website, or maybe they never got the messages. This may have been my last time at your dealership, ever.

While the service itself was done fine as far as I can tell, but a few issues were disappointing. My wife and kids were sitting in the waiting room only to find out the vehicle was done approximately 40 minutes prior, when she decided to walk up front to see if the services were completed. Next I noticed a bunch of scratches on the back of the vehicle from the sub par wash they gave the Van and that's quite frustrating to now have all of these scratches (that do not just wipe away) on the back half of the vehicle. So not so thrilled about that.
