I am mostly satisfied,the service manager I dealt with was very helpful. However my tires did not get rotated due to what was called swollen lug nuts after they already had 1 wheel off of vehicle. Had to call back to make sure I could come in and pick up the heat shield that they couldn’t reattach . On another occasion they would not rotate due to tire wear Why would Toyota use such an expensive and low quality lug nuts , is there a better lug nut available that isn’t $300 per set

I made an appointment for 10:45A and didn’t leave until 2:30P. And that was only because I saw my car in the parking lot and went and asked about it because I hadn’t received a phone call yet even though the gentleman said he would call when it was done. They did say they were short staffed so I get it. I also told the gentleman when dropping my car off that my wheels/tires are covered under my Toyota Care but yet I was still charged. The lady let me leave without paying but my app is still saying that I owe money. I feel like I’m probably going to have to go back and get someone to remove the fee. Not excited to go back for my next oil change.
