I would like to Thank the Service Department for an Exceptional job they did in fixing my truck. This would include Mr. Mike Hogg who went above and beyond to ensure this! Mrs and Mrs Justin Smalls who fixed my truck! Of Course they are the mechanics I always request because of their attitude and attention to detail!!! The service writers who always a pleasure to talk with, and they ensure you get in a timely manor and help you with your problems.. Can’t forget the Parts Department, Clayton Thank you for helping me select the tires. Overall the Service department does an EXCEPTIONAL JOB in ensuring your vehicle is fixed RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND the Staff do a Great Job !!!!! Thank you very much! Harry M Hammer Rossville

My only real comment is the girl's scheduling.The appointment shouldn't be asking me what service I need done. It's been 6 months. Toyota should tell me what needs done...

Had to call the service department because of a greasy hand print on the passenger seat. I was advised very nicely by the service person that he was sorry for the issue and to bring it in to take care of the issue. Beyond this incident when we leased the vehicle there were issues that were not addressed. Fuel pumps were locked up so they couldn’t fill the vehicle up. There were the clear rock shields that were bubbling up that was supposed to have been replaced that never were. Our experience with Lewis has been less than stellar. I decided to try the service department again and the greasy hand issue happened.

Ray was very professional and took my concerns seriously. He personally ensured that problems from past service visits were not repeated. Please consider giving personnel like Mr. Brown a raise. You need to have retention of these quality people.

I have always had a positive experience with the service department of Lewis Toyota in Topeka. The service techs have taken good care of a variety of Toyota vehicles I have owned.

The service was great, but an almost 3 hour wait is unacceptable. I made my appointment around 8:40, they would have known they were short on service technicians and should have made my appointment for another day. I’ve never had this type of issue before.

Tried to charge me for a battery that was under warranty, service advisor was extremely confident this was a wear and tear part and not covered..... makes you wonder how many people you all have ripped off this way

In the past, when there was something that needed urgent attention, service would talk to us in the waiting room to discuss. I got a text message about some things that need immediate attention and no one came to discuss with me. Now I have to schedule another appointment to get those taken care of when they could have been taken care of Saturday.
