To clarify I didn't interact with Beth, but a young blonde female. While I'm sure my maintenance was done just fine, I was informed that I needed to pay despite having a maintenance package.

Price charged not what was quoted due to shop and service fees on a battery replacement. Work was sloppy I opened the hood and placed the terminal post cover. It was left dangling on the battery cable. This I did before leaving the lot. I am not new to the Toyota family.Just Topeka. I’ve owned a 2010 venza, a 2014 Highlander. a 2017 Lexus rx350 and this 2019 Lexus rx350. All my vehicles were low mileage . My 2019 has approximately 28,700 miles. All the cars were well cared for. I don’t like sloppy work and “ball park” quotes ( unless I am told upfront the is ballpark)

The service was fine and it got fixed properly. However during the multiple times I called today I was either unable to get an answer and then was unable to reach the person that I was asked to contact resulting in a lot of being given the "run around". If it was communicated to others what I was needing , it would have saved alot of time and headache

Beyond excellent service! I wasn’t sure I was driving the same car! Very smooth. Braking very smooth. My car has been a pain lately, but I appreciate Lewis Toyota for doing me right and cutting me some breaks. Ray as usual is easy to talk to and goes over and above! Very pleased.

I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. No communication until I finally asked why it was taking so long. Was told my oil plug was stripped. This is the second time this has happened to me there. I have lost faith in your maintenance department.
