Last week I had an appointment to get my oil changed and to get one of my tires looked at because it had a slow leak. I was there for almost four hours. Today, I had to go back (I was there six days prior to today) because the tire they fixed last week was still leaking air. This time I was only there for an hour and Steve was quite pleasant with me even though I was coming in heated. So positives and negatives I guess. Additionally, my husband called to ask if during my first appointment my tires were rotated. The woman on the other end said that the paperwork said that I did receive a tire rotation. However, the tire that was slow leaking last week was the exact same tire that I had low pressure on this morning. If they rotated my tires, how did the same tire have low air pressure within six days of it getting fixed? Did they maybe just say that they did a tire rotation but they actually cut corners because they were swamped last week when I was there for four hours? However, I haven’t had to pay for any of the services. So with two visits within one week, I’m unsure about my feelings regarding Lewis Toyota. But Steve was GREAT!

The screen on the dash is not reading the way I want it to. This has happened before. It’s a matter of stopping the next time I’m in Topeka & having them fix it. Definitely not Beth’s fault
