I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up twice both times things have not been hooked back up in my car nothing calibrated to the new computer system they put in or the fuel pressure sensor, smoke rolling from under my hood as well as greasy mechanic fingerprints all over my dashboard. Trunk not opening, gas latch, not opening and now I have no turn signals.. I also dropped my vehicle off with half a tank of gas and when I picked it up, I had 0 miles range so my car was literally on fumes. I’m not sure what happened to my half tank of gas.

I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled. Ridiculous! Not the first time either. I will b looking elsewhere to have my truck serviced.

Toyota is one of the few places where you can still get excellent customer service. I've always owned Toyotas and started my kids on Toyotas too and I've never had a bad experience at any Toyota service center. Today was no exception. Steve went above and beyond making sure I understood all service aspects completely both for the current and for upcoming visits.

Every thing went well except I think they had a very busy day cause it took 1 1/2 hours for the oil change. Most of the time it doesn’t take that long. But they promised it wouldn’t take so long next time

I feel that I am not informative enough about the service that I got for the car, I didn’t get a remind sticker on the windshield and I didn’t get to go through the check box that being done to the car, above all the trim on the left side cracked from the lifting car up for un oil change, but this issue will be fixed soon.
