I depend on the ride to and from work. The driver was not safe. He drove 50 downtown. He took a phone call on I70 as he was merging on, picked up a tablet and read it while driving and arguing with the caller, took both hands of the steering wheel, and served. While this all occurred within 1 mile distance, it was unsettling.

I brought my Lexus in for an oil change and evaluation of a low tire pressure light. After completion of service I asked what the cause of the warning light was and was told that the air pressures had been checked and topped off. However as I started my car the warning light was still illuminated. I returned to the service entrance, the service provider rechecked my tire pressures and indicated that I should return to service if the light did not go out after driving a few miles. Before leaving I asked if the warning light needed to be reset. The service provider said that driving the car would reset the warning light. After returning home I did an internet search and attempted to reset the warning light myself. Based upon the owners manual, and my failed attempt, it appears my warning light needs to be evaluated by the dealer. I would prefer to have this service provided by Lewis but it seems I will need to return to the Lexus dealer. Thank you.

Prompt service on my scheduled appointment, despite their being rather busy. No problems on the service. After completion, I immediately drove the car 250 miles to a family gathering, no issues.
