I was given an 11:30 vehicle service APPOINTMENT. I arrived on time to discover I was # NINE in line??? It's Inconsiderate to be given an appointment that's not honored. Having driven from Manhattan, I'll expect a loaner car next APPOINTMENT.

My 2:30 appointment meant nothing. My car did not enter the shop until a 4:07 text and report on check list which I took as the car was done. I waited 10 minutes for Beth to come get me and then went to pay as I had an amount. When I have called for an appointment it seems like any day is wide open and I now know it is just to car in your que and the time means nothing. I usually take an early morning time and don’t have this issue.

Beth was great. She even spoke to Lexus in KC on my behalf to get my repair covered by the available customer support program ( which Lexus denied when I spoke to them previously). Lewis Toyota Beth saved me nearly $1000 as a result of her tenacity! Thanks Beth!

2 1/2 hours for an oil change is uncalled for. When the truck was done it was outside for at least 10 minutes and no one came to get me. I had to ring the bell and the lady had to make the bill. I was charged for 7 it's in a vehicle that only holds 6 at the most. I'm very displeased.

I was charged for a tire rotation/brake check but in the video of the mechanic showing what he did, he said the tires weren't taken off so the brakes weren't checked. It also means the tire rotation wasn't done. I called to discuss this and was told I would get a call back, which I didn't get.
