I asked for a quote for a missing part by my windshield. She did not provide and she was not there when I picked up my car. I called twice and had to leave messages for her. She returned one call but I could not answer at the time. She did not return my lady 2 calls.

Nearly $500 for a key. This was after receiving a parts quote for about $200 less and no explanation about the additional labor cost. Quite a racket. Spoke with Ray, who handled this situation as well as he could. But it sounds like there have been problems with the parts department in the past as well? Instead of corrective action for an employee, the customer is punished.

I had an appointment, but when I showed up, there was a line of cars. Then I was told it would be at least an hour and a half because they had to finish them first. I guess I thought if I made an appointment that my appointment time was my appointment time and everybody else just showed up would have to wait. I did end up getting a ride somewhere and came back and the car was done. But then I had to spend 35 minutes trying to figure out why the remote start on my car wouldn’t work and really didn’t get an answer on that while I was there.

Beth is an amazing customer service representative. You can tell she really cares and is actually concerned about your well being. She is very patient. I was so stressed and I think reexplained what she was saying 3 times.
