Tire pressure was low when I dropped off my car, was low when I picked it up. Makes me wonder if the other checks were done? It’s a little thing but it’s annoying.

I thought they could have repaired the tire with no charge under the 25,000 mile policy but it’s not that big of a deal. The dealership has been very good to me over the 44 years we have worked together

Was told the driver for my ride home would arrive shortly. It took 1 hour 15 minutes before the driver was there. Some of the staff seemed not courteous and it was not their business to be bothered with customers.

2.5 hrs to complete routine maintenance seems excessive. Plus I had to ask for my truck after maintenance was completed. I had also requested for my seatbelts to be looked at when I booked my appointment and that wasn't done.

I feel that since I had an appointment, I should have not been there almost 2 hours. I guess next time I will ask how long it should take.. The service itself was fine and the people were nice.

Thank you so much. I was expecting a big bill and there was no charge. I will see you Monday. I know it will cost and fixing whatever else is on the list that is important. I may have to get stuff fixed a little bit at a time but you guys always take care of me. Thanks again

Beth was very helpful, and offered me options fir scheduling. She was very respectful. The mechanics who worked on the car did not provide a handout checklist of the details of the inspection. I had to get it from Ray. They also did not set the odometer to the mileage like I have always had it. I was not sure how to reset it, so had to drive back and ask Ray to set it. As usual, I can always count on Ray. Overall— quite satisfied that the work and inspection were done correctly.

Ray started this great customer experience in January. He recognized I would be needing new tires in the next 3-4 months based on my tread depth. He offered me research on multiple brands and tires that would fit my vehicle along with reviews. It allowed me to do my own research into the same tires through other retailers for price, durability, customer satisfaction for the tires. And ultimately I agreed with Ray’s recommendations, they were spot on. Lewis Toyota’s service team are so great to work with, and Ray is phenomenal.
