All staff were friendly, polite, courteous. Waiting room great. But…I made an online appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotate at 9 30 am. I showed up at 9 20 am. Car was done at noon. Given that I had an appointment, it seemed a bit long to wait. And at cashier, I was told using a credit card would charge me a fee, so I paid with my debit and not my Cash Back card, which I prefer. Otherwise it was a great experience. I did not, however, anticipate a 2.5 hour wait.

I dropped my vehicle off on 4-15-26 at around 10:30 and didn't receive it back until the following morning, this was a huge inconvenience and keeping me in the loop would of helped but I received no info on my vehicle.

Not sure where to start. Documented instructions were ignored, and while the unauthorized work was written off the bill, we were then billed for 15 hours of service from the technician on the same day. I’m relatively sure in the 9 hours you had the car that is impossible. After much effort part of the “extra” labor was also written off. I had asked to have the spark plugs changed out since it was the 120K mile service However, no one mentioned that doing so would be $450. I guess it’s my fault for not asking, but Ive never seen changing out a set of plugs cost $450. Every time we bring the car in there is some wonderful surprise waiting in billing. This was for all purposes our last visit. I would rather drive to Crown.
