After the repair, there was an (unrelated) issue and my wife's RX330 wouldn't start. She cares for her Mom with dementia and was in a state of panic. She called Beth, Beth had a tech come out, they jump started her car and replaced the bad battery all within minutes. Kudos to the pit crew for quickly resolving and getting back on the road. Well done.

Ray Brown could not have been nicer. He kept me informed of what my car needed and allowed me to make the decision whether or not to do it. I appreciated his keeping me informed of what could be a potentially problem and what to look for. He is an asset to your dealership.

The service was fine. What wasn't was the price quoted in the email that was sent to me vs what I paid. Whatever service you're using to send text updates needs to have a more accurate price quote on it, not roughly $150 less than what the actual bill is. When a customer gets a text that says total is $34x.****, and the bill is actually $49x.****, not cool.

Dropped our car off a day early for a scheduled recall service. By the time we got home we had a message that the problem was fixed and the car was ready. We picked up our car the same day. Couldn't be more pleased.

I would like to say thank you to Ray Brown for giving me a discount on the labor cost. There was a misunderstanding on my appointment time and the actual time work was started on my car. I arrived at Lewis Toyota at 9:15am my scheduled time, however work wasn’t started on my car until 11:04am. In future I would like to be informed of the time that techs are working on my car. If no one was available at 9:15am I could have come in later. I do understand that Ray Brown will give me a discount on my next service. Thank you.
