I had 9:30am appt. I asked if I could pick it up at 1pm. I was told no problem. At 1:20 I came back to pick up my vehicle and they had not even started on it and was told it would be another hour and a half. Then I get a text at 2:05pm saying it was ready. With a 9:30 appt I should not have had to spend the whole day in town

I was so pleased to get help with locking lugnuts- so willing to help & try to figure out a remedy! I had been to 2 other places in Topeka asking for help - very nice guys but could not help me & suggested Toyota might have the answer.

Problem wasn’t fixed, code was cleared and hooked to computer and said no problem found, was throwing multiple codes so I’m confused how no fault was found, was told all the rain from last night storms must’ve set the sensor off, which is completely ridiculous, engine bay has never had any moisture from rain or when going through a car wash so I call ****, not happy at all, this is not the first time I’ve had issues and nothing was fixed, had to replace coil packs and spark plugs at own cost even though it’s under warranty because neither Toyota or Kia could properly troubleshoot misfires on multiple coils

I was traveling from Dodge City to Topeka for a family reunion. Had some issues with our 24 Sienna and was literally greeted with absolute kindness and help. Had a van full of kids and things kids require for a 3 day trip and was provided with a vehicle to finish our weekend and return us home. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

My understanding is that a complete oil change does not need to occur to change the oil filter; I am aware that it may be a different request to have just the filter changed, regardless of that, it was what I asked for. When I went to pay I noticed that I was billed for a complete oil change! There is even a comment on my invoice stating that I asked for JUST THE FILTER TO BE CHANGED. I just paid for an oil change and had plans to bring it to the dealership vs Valvoline when the next change was due (in at least 2000 miles).

Went in to see about a sound my tire is making and was told they don't hear or see anything. I've had 2 other people ride in my car that confirmed the sound. I feel like I wasted my time and money.
