Brought my car in to have tires aired up and upon examining my tires, Beth noticed a screw which was causing the air leakage. Without her close examination the problem would have gone undetected with perhaps some serious issues later. So appreciated her carefully trained eye!

The mechanic did a GREAT JOB OF clearing up the outside lens covers of the headlights, given the age of the vehicle and how old the ‘ lens’ covers are!

Ray did a wonderful job at assisting me with my auto service needs today. Ray contacted me as soon as he had an estimate for my repairs. Ray walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. He was patient with me as I called back to add service. In my past experience at other auto repair shops, I haven’t felt like I was heard especially being a female . Beth did great, I am unhappy that the technician did not make sure the steering wheel was not offset. That is basic stuff that should be done. It was an inconvenience to have to bring my car in twice.

1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival there were cars in line yet to be taken in for service. Although the service attendant was nice, he acknowledged that they were behind. This is the second time that a simple oil change and tire rotation took way longer than was necessary. My time is valuable, I wish that this was noticed today.

Positives: Friendly service staff, nice waiting facility, coffee and water available. Negatives: Oil change took an hour, price of visit was much more than the quote($75 vs 110). I had to question the price and when I did they dropped the price closer to the original estimate. I don’t feel customer should have to question a quote. When I went to get into the car there were dirty hand prints on the door and the handle. I have been a Lewis fan for a long time but was not impressed with this visit. I would prefer not called about the visit.
