I have been to this dealership 5 times for service, of those 5 times the service has been good only once. This last visit on 3/27/25 was the final nail in the coffin. Our family will not be back, ever.

Oily hand marks on hood , both fenders, steering wheel , center console lid. Waited 2hours 45 min after have an appointment. Service advisor did a good job .

Made an appointments as highly suggested, only to be told they were 2 hrs behind. At the suggestion of the ladies, I could reschedule at 1:00 and all techs would be back from lunch. I returned at 1:00 to be told they were now 3 hours behind because they had many techs who called in sick. What the point in making appointments if they arent going to be honored. Fortunately my cousin drives the shuttle service and he took my car in When he went to work. I wasted both time and gas. This will be the last time I use Toyota for services.

I was frustrated that when I called to let service know that I wanted synthetic oil for my oil change that the person who answered the phone gave me the 3rd degree about why I was calling. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Let the price be the price. No Misc. costs. Itemize that stuff. When I see Misc. it breeds distrust. Always happy with your guys work. No issue with that at all. What made me question was being told the job was $285 plus tax. So when I get a bill for $350 I automatically know there’s not $70 tax. Misc seems sneaky. If it’s a shop fee call it a shop fee and say what a shop fee is at the bottom of the page. Thanks! Keep up the great work and great service.
