Wife had to wait 2 and a hours for her oil and she had an appointment. They also had customers with no appointment get their oil changed before her. There is a lot of other places to get that job done.

No need to contact me. The cashier initially did not provide the car wash coupon and told me my car was out front, while it was parked on the other side of the building (near Fairlawn).

2 hrs to change the oil and rotate the tires. I could do it myself with a floor jack in that amount of time.
