Being a new customer the service department at Lewis Toyota I was pleased with the timely service and efficient way my car was handled. The explanation and description of service was simple and straightforward. I appreciate that they do a 1/2 way check to make sure everything is working properly as 10,000 miles per oil change is a long time to wait if one doesn’t put very many miles on a car per week!! Ray was very kind with his explanation of what to expect from them in the future! I look forward to working with Lewis Toyota and Ray Brown for many years!

I made an appointment for 12:00. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to rotate my tires. I had no issues with any of the employees. I just do not understand why I scheduled an appointment if you are not going to start working on my car until 2 hours after the appointment.
