Put a $2 tab in a loose mud flap and charged $170 for labor. I get paying for expertise but my appointment was at 3:45 and car was ready at a little after 4

Steve was very informative and like I told him that my inspection report that you give out is not consistent but that has nothing to do with how he did. As a costumer I would like the report to be more consistent so as for big ticket items that need to be fixed some people need to save and can’t get it done right then and there.

I spent 1.5 hours for tire rotation and check of fluids on my 5000 mile service. I think appointments should take priority . No one offered to reschedule . No one estimated a prolonged wait time. No one empathized with my extended wait. After service was done, staff apologized for the wait. That helped.

I waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change. The toyota app told me my hood was open 8 mins after I arrived, but my service wasn't complete until 2.5 hours later. Absolutely disgusted. No issues, no concerns with the vehicle.. yet it took 2.5 hours. The gentleman who took payment was very polite and apologetic, which is the only positive statement I have for lewis toyota at this time. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern of my time.
