I'd like to bring my vehicle back in for Ray or someone to look at. When I left on May 1st, I noticed a noise which seemed to be coming from my left front end. I figured it was because of adjustments made or whatever but it hasn't gone away. The noise was obviously not there before I brought the vehicle in for the multi point inspection. I would like to be able to bring it in as soon as possible. Thanks

I loved having Ray as my go to person. He was honest and true. My only complaint was that a part that was quoted to cost 2,000.00, cost me 2,535.00 at check out. Lewis Toyota did a wonderful job installing it, but should have stayed with their quote.

Ray was great to work with. I trusted him! He delivered. I’d actually come back to Lewis Toyota for service. Your prices were fair! Ray Brown was true to his word. I also worked with Zak. Zak knows his stuff and helps you find what you need. The only thing I did not like, is that I was quoted 2,000.00 for a part, and was charged 2,535.00 when job was completed. I had asked for quote so as to have no surprises, but got a surprise anyway. But… for your personal Ray and Zak, I’d come back to for help again.

My pregnant girlfriend was waiting almost 2 hrs for them to do an oil change and there were basically no customers in there. I dont know why it takes professional mechanics 2 hrs to do an oil change.
