I was welcomed as I pulled in. He confirmed the reason for my appointment and checked to see if I needed a ride. He then guided me to the waiting area. My service was done within an hour. I appreciated the efficient help of everyone involved. We will be back again for any maintenance we need. Thank you.

Service was excellent and the people were exceptionally kind. Only issue was the time it took, which was longer than the original estimate given to me. Not the biggest deal but I would rather have the service end faster than the estimate than the opposite. With that stated, I would definitely return for my service!

When Keltyn did my service I couldn’t understand what he was saying in the video of my inspection and he rushed it. He also didn’t give me the sticker in my window.

I will definitely complete the manufacturers survey. Ray Brown was fantastic. He answered all questions and completed all the work economically. He asked for authorization before doing elective work. Hats off to Lewis Toyota, you hired the best!

If you want to address other issues with my vehicle dont pull it out of the garage before im approached with extra things to be addressed, I already waited 2 hours for a routine oil change

I did want to make you aware that when i got home I noticed the bottom trim was hanging off the car. I think i have it back on correctly.
