Consistently when I come in, it’s almost 2 hours to have my oil change completed, despite having a scheduled time to come in. Today I came in at 9:15 but my car wasn’t even worked on for half an hour. It’s frustrating to set up an appointment time but not even be ready for my car to go in right away and waiting at least half an hour for work to start.

Not sure why I received a payment text indicating I owed $121 for a free service. When I called about it, the person indicated there was nothing they could do about changing and having the customer disregard. Not a good business practice.

I wasn’t told when I made the appointment that there were 2 recall fixes needed. While I’m glad they got done, navigating the schedule required extra trips back and forth to my house, waiting for courtesy drivers, etc. I’m grateful for the work done.
