Beth has the best communication skills of anyone I have worked with in recent memory. You are very fortunate to have her on your team. I don’t think I have ever had a better experience dealing with a car maintenance and repair shop than I have had with Lewis Toyota and specifically Beth. I know I am paying more to bring it here, but even if you weren’t Toyota experts, it would be totally worth it just based on that.

Refreshing to not hear the “we won’t program a fob you didn’t buy here” that so many secondary programmers use. As a result I saved quite a bit of money. I also found the charge pretty competitive with the local secondary services. As one who tries to avoid dealerships I was very pleased with my service today.

Steve explained how rotating my tires could be dangerous because of low tread. So, new tires and a new tire plan!! It took a while but the waiting area was pleasant and I had the opportunity to go home and be brought back if I chose to go.

My appointment was at 10am. I don’t think my vehicle was put in the back on the lift until close to 1030. Needless to say I was there an hour and a half for a simple oil change. Explain this to me

Person setting up appointment was rude. Inquired about extended warranty and waited 15 / 20 minutes for financial advisor. Never showed up so I left. This is the second time I inquired about extended warranty with long wait.
