The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My only problem is that I didn’t know they were going to rotate my tires. The work had already been done and I was charged. I didn’t actually want them rotated during this appointment.

Beth has the best communication skills of anyone I have worked with in recent memory. You are very fortunate to have her on your team. I don’t think I have ever had a better experience dealing with a car maintenance and repair shop than I have had with Lewis Toyota and specifically Beth. I know I am paying more to bring it here, but even if you weren’t Toyota experts, it would be totally worth it just based on that.

I am repeatedly charged for tire rotations which are supposed to be free since I have bought all of my tires there since owning the car.
