Steve seemed to be the only one working other than the mechanics. Everyone else was sitting around or standing around talking. He was handling multiple customer, did so gracefully, and with great customer and communication skills. He was patient with our many questions and did a great job of explaining the components of our service options and the benefits of each. After my daughter and I dropped off her car , we both commented that Steve seemed to care as genuinely as if it was his daughter’s car getting serviced. Thank you for your time and attention, Steve. Our experience with you deeps our confidence and helps this momma to rest easy believing that her kiddo and car will be safer on the road.

Not the best communication between the people who do the repair and the customer. It seems that the people at the front desk do not know what was done to the vehicle. Brought my car in for a recall and then picked up the car thinking that the work was done not being informed that the work was not done since the parts needed to be ordered. Otherwise, very pleased!

Communication was great it was a Monday they got me through with out any negative feelings the trust of care is remarkable I can count on Toyota in Topeka KS people are on the top at this place And I can tell people like their jobs I even had my son there with me and You can tell that everyone is on the same page I recommend this place and I will pass that on to the public Beth was very understanding for my needs people open doors for me If I was to renew my career this would be a great place to put my foot in the door Drivers took me home and I got a coupon thank you everyone.

I told the gentleman who checked me in that I had a chip in my windshield. It would be about an hour which was over an hour an half, luckily I am a manager so I was able to arrive back late without issue. They didn't look at the windshield I asked the young lady said she didn't know anything about it so I had to schedule another service trip on Friday because the repair can't be done on Saturday, I work 6 days a week so time is very limited luckily I have someone visiting that has agreed to bring the truck back on Friday.

appointmemt was at 9, dropped off at 7:30 and came to pick up at 3:45 and it was not ready. low oil light was on when I left but they said it was not low on oil. I should not have had to wait for my vehicle at 3:45 when my appointmemt was at 9. I was given a card for free oil change next time so I will give them another chance to earn my buisness.
