appointmemt was at 9, dropped off at 7:30 and came to pick up at 3:45 and it was not ready. low oil light was on when I left but they said it was not low on oil. I should not have had to wait for my vehicle at 3:45 when my appointmemt was at 9. I was given a card for free oil change next time so I will give them another chance to earn my buisness.

I did not speak to Beth once today. Someone else helped me and they did not tell the shuttle driver I was waiting. I waited an hour for a ride.

My wife told the girl that answered the phone when we called in the morning to see if our vehicle made it in by tow truck, to call her number to communicate with us during the day as we were out of town and I didn’t have my phone. My wife, then ended the conversation with reminding the young lady that they needed to call her number. I found out later that my phone number was called for you guys to get approval for repairs which I didn’t see until we got back home at 9 o’clock at night. Nobody ever called my wife, but she called you guys towards the end of the day since nobody had contacted her to find out what the deal was. Poor communication.

My experience with your service is and has been horrible. In fact the poor service has made such an impact that I will not recommend Lewis to my family and friends and I will look elsewhere when buying a vehicle for my grand daughter.

I had a great experience with Beth. Very nice and listened to what I needed. Going on a road trip and wanted to know car was safe. Then when I called and talked to her later, she told me what else was needed. I definitely feel safe now. Later,after driver picked me up to bring me back, I had received a text from her before that too that some other things it needed could wait until a future time.
