Service so good. From the minute I pulled into garage drive. I was 15 minutes late and felt so terrible but nice man greeted me with “come on in”. No problem. Then a lovely young lady reviewed my requests needed on car. Miles, the technician did a great job. I think that was his name. Discovered my battery was about dead. Had no idea. The icing on the cake is always Mr Brown who checked me out. What a super person. So as always so happy with service for 20 plus years. Emma L

Always tell the truth, be honest with the customer. The thing I really appreciate was when Mike the person who worked on my Tacoma told me what was performed on my vehicle and gave advice on keeping my truck in good condition was worth the cost of the charge. Mike is a credit to the Toyota family. Thanks Steve

I scheduled my appointment specifically to fix a recall but then was told I have to come back as the part needs to be ordered. I assumed they would have the part ready since this appointment was specifically to fix the recall

This was our first service appointment. I found it surprising the difference between the sales area and the service area. Compared to other dealers we obtain service from your seemed very dirty in the shop, waiting area isn’t very welcoming and the bathroom was dirty and outdated. Employees were kind and welcoming. It was just such a surprise by the conditions of the service area. We noticed mechanics or technicians sitting on the equipment, looking at the phones. Could have been cleaning the service department instead.

My appointment was for 8:30 and my RAV4 didn’t go into be services until after 9:30. No explanation. No consideration. Customer service is not a priority at Lewis Toyota.

Steve was great to work with. Disappointing a technician lost one of the premium valve stem caps which came on my car. Overall I’ve been happy with the two services I’ve received at Lewis Toyota.
