I called and left a VM this morning and I'm surprised I haven't heard back from anyone. My car had a slight vibration when Ibrought it in, so we discussed and it was decided to rotate and balance the tires. My car now has a terrible vibration at multiple speeds, much, much worse than before.

Beth was great. But I was there 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. What good is an appointment if they can’t stick to it.

I didn’t receive my report until I was gone in car back to work. I have always received my report and got an opportunity to have filters replaced. I also would have appreciated discussing my oil leak. I have used Lewis for years. Not sure what or why this has changed. Please give me a call to discuss results on the oil leak and I will try to get air filters replaced also. More concerned about oil leaking. ****-****-xxxx Vicki M

It took 1 1/2 hour long when it wasn’t busy at all. I went to the restroom and it was so dirty. They tell me I need to replace my car battery but they don’t come and tell my why. The worst service I’ve ever received.

Went for a scheduled (had an appt) oil change and tire rotate. Last time I was there with a scheduled appt it took 4 hours, this time it took 2 hours. I questioned if they rotated my tires because it wasn’t marked on the sheet. They said yes and said it’s part of total care. Fact is they did not rotate my tires as I had marked my tires so I knew they were not rotated! So now I question if my oil and filter were actually changed! I have no faith in the service center at all. I do not understand why it takes so long to have an oil change? Honda dealer has you guys beat hands down!!! It literally takes 30 to 40 min for oil change, tire rotate at Honda and it includes a car wash! You guys need to step up your game.

Appointment was at 9:00 for my first 5,000 mile tire rotation and fluid check. Was waiting for 3 hours. I don’t understand why appointments are even made if it takes this long.

There were glitches in the system and did not text about what was recommended. I could have got the cabin filtered changed while I was there. I waited 31/2 hours when I had a 9:00 am appointment. They were very busy and doing the best they could.
