The service took approximately 45 minutes longer than expected. Was told it would take approximately one hour. It took an hour and 45 minutes. That affected my work schedule.

Someone apparently stole change out of my cupholders while my vehicle was being serviced. It's not like it was a lot of money, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

I specifically asked that the technician get rid of the low tire light. It was still on when I left. I had an appointment at 10 am for an oil change. I waited and waited. It took 3 hours for the service.

The last 2 times that I have been there and had an appt I have had to wait for over 2 hrs, jut for an oil change. I was not the only o e either time that had a long wait period.

Malfunction indicator lamp symbol came on when we were coming in to Holton. I call to talk to someone about this they took my message and said they would send a email to Beth and she would call no call yet. That symbol should have been seen when they checked everything.
