I understand you are working through a new system, but when I have an 8:30 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and overall inspection and I am not out the door until after 11:30, I am extremely unhappy. I was physically there, sitting in the waiting room and at no time did anyone come and give me an update. I received a text a little after 10:00 to look at the service update, which I did. After logging in and looking through the report I realized they were asking if I wanted the cabin air filters changed. Yes, thank you. I think around 10:45 I finally asked when I my van would be ready. The person to ask was on break, which is fine, everyone needs a break. He came back and checked and assured me they’d get me out as soon as possible. Which ended up being around 11:30.
Yes, I did have other plans that got moved when I realized that it was going to be at least two hours. That’s not a big deal. What is a big deal to me is that I was the one who had to ask questions. As a retired IT professional I understand the beauty of systems that allow you to bypass the carbon units (people) when possible. Efficiencies of scale, blah blah blah, but never forget that there is a human being sitting in your waiting area for three hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I am rethinking my loyalty to your service department, at least of simple in and out in an hour or so service. What happened yesterday was seriously not cool.
When I have an appointment time and I am waiting it does not seem too much to expect to have my vehicle up on a rack and being serviced within a half hour or so of that time. If you overbooked, well that’s just poor business practice.
Ray is a great person. He always treats me well. Excellent customer service.
I was concerned about why there was a charge for tire rotation. Would not have had that done if I knew there was a charge of 24.95. Also I wondered what the service fee was for. Beth was a very good service rep.
Ms. Knaup was very nice, respectful and professional.
I was rude with Beth and regret it. She was nothing but professional and kind to me. Don’t let her get away!

On the day I arrive to have service done to my car. I was amazed to see so many customers. Beth was running around, taking care of the customers. She took down my info and I waited to be notified when my car was ready I have to wait 2 1/2 hours; I went to check up on my vehicle and I noticed it had not been in touch. Beth came over and took care of me even though I had to wait another hour and a half. I don’t blame Beth. She did her best with so many customers that created a backlog. I blame management for taking so many. You have a good employee there. She explain what was happening and did her best for me.
This is the first time I had ever met Beth and she is FANTASTIC! She was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and the kind of employee every business should have.

I may have gotten it for free but I was there for almost 4 freaking hours, after I already expressed my concerns about not wanting to spend my whole day there again, then all there was to offer was another free oil change? No, no more chances, fix the damn problem please, it was ridiculous. Others who came in after me only waited for 20 minutes, I had to deal with 4 hours of waiting.
There seemed to be some confusion about when my vehicle was finished. I waited two hours in the lounge for an oil change and tire rotation and had to go check with service to find out it was finished. I am not upset but this experience was not typical of the many times I have enjoyed your service.
I waited 2 hours for an oil change. My dad and I checked my oil and fluids just to find out that I had no oil so I took my car back to the shop not even 20-25 minutes after leaving. Talked to Mr. Brown and about an hour later I think my car service was finally completed. I have been coming to that shop since 2020 when I got my first Toyota Corolla and to my knowledge my oil has been changed every time but I didn’t know I had to check after each service. I travel daily on the highway about an hour for work. It just left me a little frustrated that I was done like that.

Had a 230 appointment, lucky I didn’t wait on it, I was notified at 546 it was done, I wasn’t picked up, my wife needed the car early the next morning, luckily it was outside so we went and picked it up. 3 caa as pls all I got was the answering machine?
I scheduled an appointment that I ended up waiting nearly 4 hours.
Oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours to complete. I was told while checking out that this was due to short staffing. It would have been preferable to reschedule during a time with appropriate staffing and let me know before starting the service.
