Your website allowed for me to request a shuttle service on Saturday. I made plans with the expectations that your shuttle service would be provided, as offered. When I arrived, Ray told me there is no shuttle service provided on Saturdays. He acknowledged the website allows for people to schedule the shuttle, however, the service is not available.

No one explained what was found, but I see there were concerns. So I don’t understand what is wrong with my tires. Why would they wear irregularly? Do I need new ones? Apparently the filters aren’t great. Do I need them changed?

I was charged for service I didn't receive. I had to call twice to get a resolution. Was promised a call back after the first call and did not receive a call back. Waiting on the refund.
