I stopped by on the off chance that Ray could fit me in for a quick oil change and my tires changed. Luckily he was able to do both for me with such a small amount of wait time! I love that he could fix my car up without having an appointment.

The oil change took almost 3 hours. I had an appointment so it wasn’t just a walk in. I received the me tech report about 20 minutes after I left which is typically received and additional repairs or issues are approve or not approved then before the completion of the appointment. There was a lady that waited for two hours and her vehicle was never even touched. She came in the waiting lounge and told everyone about it and recommended that everyone leave like her or you would be waiting for a long time. There was two others sitting across from me that said they had also been there for nearly 3 hours for oil changes.

I was not told how much it would cost for maintenance. Then, got blindsided with an overpriced bill for what I had done. I reported an issue I was having, the technician added a service, and there was no follow-up on that. I was just told it was resolved, and it’s not. And, as always the interior of my vehicle was filthy and oil residue everywhere. Every time I bring my vehicle in to have it serviced I have to take it to the car wash, detail it, and scrub my floor mat. The technician was not helpful or friendly and I was completely disappointed with my experience yesterday.

Service was great. Shuttle service not so much. Second time the shuttle service was not good. Taking me home when dropped car off worked just fine. Waiting for pickup after service was awful. Text said they would inform driver to get me . In meantime he was shuttling other customers but would get to me.An hour and half later o Show ! I called And super nice guy got system To work. Guess they didn’t have my address? It was on the clipboard when I first signed in and I texted again when asked. Should have had it on text message earlier. Pickup driver was very nice and pleasant young lady. System needs work, however
