It is always nice to come out. In the early morning there is usually coffee and a few snacks and TV to help make the time go faster!

I think he is better than anyone else I’ve dealt with in the service department, quite frankly I was close to giving up on Toyota all together but he has certainly turned it around. Best experience I’ve had since I’ve purchased car in 2020.

Beth is motivated, knowledgeable, and she listens very well. She had my car in the hands of a great technician who gave us some outstanding advice. Putting people over profits is how Lewis Toyota not only thrives but creates long term sustainability. I know this ethos comes from management and the team you have built is making it a reality. By the way: I love the technical diagrams and diagnosis now available online and relayed through text message. In fact the text message connection allowed Beth and I to communicate concerns and address issues that I forgot about in our initial exchanging of the key and the creation of the work order. Stay strong, humble and devoted to continual change!

I came in a week or so ago. They looked at my truck and said they needed to order the recalled part. They called me a few days later to make an appointment because the part was in. I waited an hour and then was in the shuttle when I got a call saying they could not do the repair because my husband had already done an aftermarket repair. I was told there was no record on the computer of me coming. When I returned I talked with the assistant manager and she said the technician had told the advisor on my first appointment that this was the case. The advisor had told me how excited they were to see an old truck and that the technician had been there for years and could not wait to work on it. Evidently, if I wanted the recall repaired then I would have to pay for it out of pocket according to the assistant manager. She apologized, but I had taken off work and I am not healthy and it is really hard to do at these days. My time and energy was wasted. My trust of others very much diminished. My students were without instruction. Very let down and disappointed with this event.

I was charged for a 1500 dollar warranty that I specifically said I did not want. I was told that I was not being charged and was getting it free of charge.
