Lots of confusion. I have no idea what I was charged for road hazard & couldn't find out what that covered. Was told I would get $100.00 rebate @ Service Dept. The lady said I had to get it on-line then finally printed out the info on how to get it. Was charged $9.00 tire disposal when I had asked for tires to keep.

Found a glove from our glove box on the car floor and a Lewis Toyota card of Scott Beaman. Why was glove box investigated?

I must say, this was the best experience I have had in the service department. Usually, I wait for hours without word. Eventually, I find out the car has been finished for an hour... with work done that was not discussed. Steve listened carefully, was attentive, and I was out in about an hour. Rarely had anything positive to say, but the work has always been good. Maybe it was a slow day because of the rain, but I was thrilled.

Do not contact. Pretty much sealed the deal I’ll be going elsewhere in the future. Your tech had a hearing problem. “I only want the tires rotated. It’s my anniversary and I’m not taking time for anything else.” <—Pretty complete and firm sentence. Guess how many times I had to say “no” and “I got that done someplace else. Yes I’m sure…” after this?

I left a voicemail with Mike, Service Manager, and never heard back, so I’m curious what will come of this. I brought in my tire from my Sienna for repair. Scott helped me out at 10:20am. Said it would be a couple hours since I didn’t have an appointment. No biggie. By 3:30pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called to check. I was told he was away from his desk and they would have him call me back. Half-an-hour later I celled again, and was told the same thing. Except this time when Jody said “can I have him call you back,” I said “no because I was told that half an hour ago and he hasn’t called me and my tire has been there almost 6-hours.” She went back to try and find him or something and several minutes later he finally got on the phone. I could hear the irritation in his tone with me. He said my tire was being worked on and he would call me as soon as it was done. I asked if he could tell me how much longer it would be and he said not really but he would call me as soon as it was done. I reminded him my tire had been there all day and he said because I didn’t have an appointment the “put it on the wall and the technicians forgot about it”. I asked if there was a way to contact him directly because I had called earlier and they said he would call me back and I didn’t get a call back. He said he didn’t have a direct number and when people call for him they send him messages through email to call back and he “forgets to check those”. Then he went silent… I said well I guess I’ll just have to wait for you to call me then. Still silence… I said alright thanks. He said “Uh huh.” And hung up. A few minutes later my wife gets a text saying the tire is done. Why my wife? A minute later, Scott calls me. I said hello, and he didn’t. He jumped right into, “so your tire is done and ready to be picked up.” I said okay I’ll be there shortly, thanks. He said “Uh huh”, and hung up. I called back and asked Jody if I could speak to a manager. She asked if she could have the manager call me back. I explained the whole thing to her and she was apologetic for it all and transferred me to his voicemail. I never heard back. Now, how would you rate that service?

Picked up car and instrument panel was errored out. Had to leave car over night to be inspected.

From the number of times I have had to replace or have fixed the under-engine guard, I would venture it was a bad design feature of the 2014 Camry. I was near Lewis Toyota. They got me in. They put in hinges or attachments. I caught up on reading while the work was done.
