Beth is awesome! First, she was able to squeeze me in for an emergency oil change due to an unexpected road trip. Then, she kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle through the whole experience. After frequenting the service department for my last 3 toyota trucks, I will continue to come here!

From my initial phone conversation with Jody to working with Steve, Jake, other service mechanics and Angel, I couldn’t be happier. Being on a cross country driving trip can be stressful when your tires aren’t performing their best. All of those at Lewis quickly got me into their schedule, addressed the issue and got me on my way promptly. Thank you!

For the first time ever I had oil on my garage floor after the oil change! Don’t know why but very disappointed…. Also, I had a couple questions at the dealership before leaving and the tech (man) was not happy I was asking ! I’m sure Mr. Surey would not like to hear any of this -he is a friend of my daughter and son-in-law! I also know him! We’ll see!

Was told my total was $1563.40 and was not advised of $46.90 service charge when I paid with my card which made my total $1,610.30. Was never advised of the service charge and that my total was different than $1,563.40. Would like to know what the service charge is for.

When I scheduled my appointment online, I wrote how I felt the tranmission was acting up. But when I checked out, it doesn't show it was inspected. And I forgot to ask about it. Please make sure that what is written while scheduling getspassed along.

My only complaints: my driver’s floor mat was soiled with mud and dirt and it didn’t come in like that. Even though I paid for a full inspection, it wasn’t found that my license plate lights were burned out so it made me wonder how deep the inspection went. It would be nice too to have the tire and brake condition on the report too. Everyone was super friendly and the inspection was done quickly.
